Jot PDF allows easy and seamless collaboration on any document or project for up to 10 people. So, you and 9 of your colleagues, clients or friends can simultaneously work within a single PDF document at any time.
You control access to each document and can grant it via permissions or revoke it when you choose.
Every account log-in is protected by encryption and an optional layer of two-factor authentication
Data is stored securely in the cloud with Microsoft Azure, which operates multiple layers of security via the Azure Database for PostgreSQL (read more here).
Access, logins and other mechanisms are all managed and overseen by espresso, meaning our team is on hand to support you if you ever need anything.
Sharing and collaboration features with Jot PDF are SOC2 compliant.
We treat all information stored within Jot PDF as personal and commercially sensitive. Therefore, we do not utilise identifiable information or share any information with third parties.
Our software engineering team is based in Sydney, Australia, so if any changes or updates require urgent attention, the team responds quickly.

File encryption with 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) for any transfer of data between Jot PDF and hosting servers

Protected account access with optional two-factor authentication at log-in to ensure it’s you who’s logging in

Shared files are only viewable to people you select, and access can be revoked at any time by you.
