Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to execute and elevate the visual identity of our brand across all digital and print touchpoints. Working as part of our marketing team, you will be the sole Digital Graphic Designer on our team, responsible for maintaining our visual identity and brand messaging across our channels, ensuring our presence in market is visually appealing, eye-catching and adopts best practice design principles and content trends relevant to our consumer.

Role Purpose

  •  Ensure all internal and external facing creative follows brand guidelines and presents a consistent customer experience at all touch points.

  •  Act as a brand ambassador and brand guardian to ensure everyone adheres to the company brand guidelines.

  •  Contributing across day-to-day design needs from designing assets ranging from website, emails, social channels, print, packaging, and other collateral.
    Core Responsibilities

      •  Design of new artwork as per brand guidelines across on and offline medias & modification of corporate collateral to suit local markets and usage needs
    Interpreting creative direction from the marketing team, and strategising how to best deliver brand campaigns to our consumer

      •  Creating innovative, eye catching digital marketing content for use across all paid channels (Instagram/Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Google display network), designed to captivate our consumer and elevate our brand

      •  Receive direction and present proposed design solutions while meeting deadlines on a variety of projects simultaneously.
      •  Ensure work is reviewed/approved before presentation.

      •  Test creative elements across various social media platforms

      •  Ensure all creative elements are visually appealing, on-brand and consistent

      •  Work with the entire team on concept campaign to develop polished creative outcomes

    Required Experience and Expertise
      •  High level of practical experience across the main GD tools, Adobe Suite ( Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign/ After Effects/ Premiere/ Canva)

      •  Photography or Videography experience a distinct advantage

      •  Ability to think outside the box, intuitively interpret briefs and take creative licence within brand guidelines

      •  Ability to manage tight, often conflicting deadlines and the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders

      •  Open to feedback and design input from the wider team

      •  Demonstrable portfolio of works across all spectrums of design including digital, video, animation and print

      •  Copywriting experience

      •  Exposure and experience to design of advertising & Direct Marketing creative

      •  Strong creative mindset, a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
